Circular economy: France pioneers the anti-waste campaign

Oslo – European Green Capital 2019 – asserts its ambitions

Out of all the Nordic countries considered good environmental performers, Oslo, Norway's capital, takes first place. Crowned European Green Capital for 2019, it intends to reduce its carbon emissions by 95% between now and 2030. Its priority: to eradicate car pollution.
